Who We Are

Nadeesha Jayatillake

CPA (Aust), CGMA (UK)

Nadeesha has over 15 years of experience in the Accounting & Finance sector. She has valuable knowledge of the manufacturing & packaging industry and KPI improvement projects from her tenure at VISY Packaging in Melbourne. She has also worked as a Financial Analyst at KPMG Sri Lanka, where her exposure has been in due diligence, valuations for mergers, and risk analysis. Nadeesha is a CPA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK). Furthermore, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in Accounting and Finance) from Deakin University, Australia.

Madura Pinto

BCom (Aust.)

Pinto holds over 15 years of experience in the Finance industry and is also a specialised industry leader in the field of Aquaculture. Having previously worked with industry leaders Mobil and ASSA ABLOY, Pinto is a skilled professional with a unique skill set. His expertise includes analysing both broader and detail-oriented business performances and the ability to interpret situations and implement new processes and structures so as to achieve organisational goals. Pinto holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in Economics, Finance & Accounting) from Deakin University, Australia.

Hasitha Jayasinghe

LLB (Hons.) (UK), BCom (Aust.)

With over 15 years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector, Hasitha has served a majority of those years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, primarily attached to its Business Lending Services. In Sri Lanka, his experience includes high-profile banks such as HSBC and Pan Asia Banking Corporation. Hasitha brings to the table expertise in linear management & efficiency optimization methods, as well as real-estate management, expertise in the hospitality industry, and call centre operations management. Hasitha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in Accounting & Finance) from Deakin University in Australia and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London.
